If you have entries in your web server log from the Mouseflow Bot, it is because the website is using Mouseflow to record visitor sessions.
The Mouseflow Bot is a service that crawls all pages that are recorded by the Mouseflow service. This is similar to how search engines crawl you website. We do this to cache the visited pages so that we can show the original HTML page when you play back the visitor sessions.
If you are generating reports based on your HTTP server logs, you may be affected by this behavior. You should exclude our user-agent from your data, in a way similar to how you would exclude other bots and spiders from your reports. A suggested solution could be to exclude any user agents containing the text “Mouseflow bot”.
