Dynamic and Strategic CFO for Global SaaS Company in Copenhagen

With a global presence in over 100 markets and thousands of loyal customers, Mouseflow is now looking for an experienced CFO for our headquarter in central Copenhagen to join our leadership team and enhance our financial function.

Responsibilities:

As CFO, you will play a central role in driving the company forward and ensuring long-term financial stability and growth as well as ensuring strong execution on the company’s growth strategy.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that support Mouseflow’s overall goals.
  • Together with the CEO formulate, implement and adjust the Mouseflow strategy.
  • Ensuring strong execution and monitoring of the Strategy.
  • Monitoring Mouseflow’s financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to the CEO, board, and investors.
  • Risk management in both Mouseflow Aps as well as Mouseflow Inc. (our US company)
  • Supporting strategic decision-making processes with financial insights and analysis.
  • Budget follow-up.
  • Monthly reports/KPIs and preparation of management reports.
  • Primary contact for bank, auditor, insurance, pension scheme, and similar financial matters/arrangements.
  • Establishing business metrics, dashboards and reports.
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the CEO.
  • Ensuring financial compliance (Annual accounts, corporate tax, sales tax, etc.).
  • Leading a small team.
  • Collaborating with other departments within Mouseflow.

 

Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary CFO with a strong background in finance and strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar (Cand. Merc/HD).
  • +2 years’ experience in a CFO role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Is a plus if you have +3 years’ experience from a consulting background and/or earlier created and executed company growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and financial metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive and independent work style with a willingness to take responsibility.
  • Attention to detail and structure, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
