Partner Engagement Manager

Mouseflow is hiring an ambitious Partner Engagement Manager to help our partners become successful.

As Mouseflow grows rapidly and globally as a leading force in web behavior analytics, we seek a Partner Engagement Manager to help us grow and develop the worldwide network of Partners and Agencies.

You will be responsible for executing our partner strategy, identifying potential strong partners and help them become successful.

As the Partner Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio of partners. You will be responsible for the entirety of the process from booking meetings, demonstrating, and onboarding the partner and their clients to the platform. You will also be the main point of contact, nurturing and further developing the relationship.

Each partner and agency relationship brings you a new perspective on how to further develop their business, and a new challenge to try to solve. Each partnership is unique- creating a journey that supports their business goals. That is how we approach partners here at Mouseflow.

You will get to work with one of the coolest website analytic and behavior platforms and assist strategic partners and agencies in creating value for their customers using Mouseflow.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a SaaS Partner Manager with hands-on experience to establish key processes and help define the growth of the Mouseflow Partner Sales team. It is preferred if you have passed experience working with Partner/Channel sales.

We are looking for candidates who are proactive and outgoing and knows how to relate and communicate with customers.

You are well-structured and are motivated by creating both revenue and customer satisfaction. You like to work in an international environment with a great team culture.

Responsibilities

● Involved in establishing the Partner go-to-market strategy

● Identify potential Partners and Agencies

● Lead and execute onboarding of new Partners

● Involved and engaged in creating a Certified Mouseflow Partner Program

● Coordinate and execute partner activities including trainings and, marketing demand activities and onboarding of partner team members.

Requirements

● Min. 2 years of experience in partner and/or channel sales

● Hands-on experience building up a Partner Network and making them successful

● Experience from working within at a SaaS company

● Collaborative, cross-functional nature comfortable engaging with other departments such as marketing and other sales teams.

● Fluent in English and preferable also in a second major language like German, Spanish, French etc.
