Account Executive – Benelux

The Role:

We are seeking a driven and high-performing Account Executive to join our EMEA sales team. This role is focused on new sales, and we are looking for a true hunter-type salesperson. You will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients across the Benelux region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Focus on generating new sales and building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales discussions to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to drive client success.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to generate new business and drive pipeline growth.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a SaaS sales or related role is a plus.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive, winner mentality, and hardworking attitude are essential.
  • Must be comfortable and willing to make outbound calls as part of daily activities.
  • Proven ability to hunt for new business and develop fresh opportunities.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients is a plus.
