We’re excited to announce that you can now annotate recordings with comments! This makes it easy to share notes with team members, identify and flag bugs, and communicate the exact location when something noteworthy takes place. Instead of watching the entire session, you can now jump to the most important parts.
To comment on a session, either click the burger menu (in the top-right corner) > Add Comment or simply press “C” on the keyboard during playback. The recording will automatically pause at the current time and allow you to insert notes. Each session comment will be tagged with a blue speech bubble. If you’d like to edit or delete a comment, simply hover it for those options.
Like everything so far? It gets better…
Instead of manually checking each recording, you can search for all recordings that include a comment. Just go to Recordings > Filters (small funnel icon) and search for “comment” under Tags. This makes it easy for one team to make annotations and identify problems, while others parse the results.
