We're looking for the following person:

Web Developer

We’re looking for a Web Developer on our Marketing Team to make our web presence sharp and neat, offering a best-in-class user experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for redesigning and maintaining our public-facing website. You will work in close collaboration with the Digital Designer, Content Manager, and UX Designer, and plan how to implement visual, content, and performance improvements. You’ll own all technical aspects of the website and bring ideas to life. You will also manage ongoing website support and updates for marketing, sales, and other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate website layouts and structures (with the Digital Designer, Content Manager, and UX Designer) and plan the website redesign and development
  • Implement and maintain our WordPress site with custom themes and templates, using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JS
  • Own website functionality and accessibility, as well as performance testing and monitoring relevant metrics
  • Implement SEO-related improvements as per our collaboration with external agencies
  • Provide implementation support for the Marketing team’s conversion rate optimization (A/B testing, site analytics, technical considerations, etc.)
  • Own the connection between our website and external tools, like HubSpot and GTM, and improve the accuracy of analytics
  • Collaborate creatively with the Marketing team, other departments, and external agencies to continuously improve the site
  • Keep us at the forefront of user satisfaction and customer conversion

 

About you:

  • 3+ years of developing commercial websites
  • Advanced development and layout experience in WordPress – including customizing themes, new functionalities, and pixel-perfect implementation of UX/content/design mock-ups and wireframes
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript
  • Solution-oriented and have a structured mindset
  • Experience running and managing conversion-focused experiments
  • Experience working with: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Hubspot, Unbounce, Google Optimize
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary SEO techniques
  • Experience using Mouseflow
