Mouseflow’s Sub-processors List
The following table outlines Mouseflow’s current affiliates and third-party Sub-processors who are authorized to Process Customer Data in connection with Mouseflow’s Services:

2. Storage Sub-processors

Note: The default storage location for our Customers’ Data is the following:
- Customer Data for our US-based Customers is stored in the US.
- Customer Data for our Customers based in North America, South America, and Oceania is stored in the US.
- Customer Data for our EU-based Customers is stored in the EU.
- Customer Data for all our Customers based in other regions not mentioned above is stored in the EU.

“Controller”, “Processing”, “Processor”, “Sub-processor” shall have the meaning as defined under applicable data protection laws.
“Customer Data” means the data that relates to a Customer’s website visitor processed by Mouseflow.
OBJECTING TO A NEW SUB-PROCESSOR
A Customer (Data Controller) may object to Mouseflow use of a specific new Sub-processor in accordance with the terms of the Data Processing Agreement governing the relations between the Parties. Such objection may be sent by email to privacy@mouseflow.com (subject line “Sub-processor Objection”) containing the following information:

Objections must be based on legitimate data protection grounds in accordance with the terms of Mouseflow’s standard Data Processing Agreement.
