How does Mouseflow work?
You install an asynchronous snippet of JavaScript code to your website. This script sends highly compressed data packages (~2KB) to our platform containing data about visitors’ sessions.
We continuously monitor, rather than take snapshots of visitor sessions. This means that Mouseflow is far more accurate than traditional analytics tools.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a thirty (30) day money back guarantee on all paid plans. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, just let us know and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, we don’t lock you in! You can cancel whenever you want by clicking a link within your account. We immediately delete all account data and suspend further billing.
How does Mouseflow handle VAT?
Mouseflow is based in Denmark.
If you’re an EU resident without a VAT-registered company, Mouseflow will add 25% VAT to your purchase, according to EU regulations.
If you’re an EU resident with a VAT-registered company, you must provide your VAT number.
If you’re not an EU resident, Mouseflow does not charge VAT.
We automatically verify all VAT numbers. Companies registered in Denmark are required to pay VAT.
