If there is one thing your customers will appreciate, it’s speedy solutions from your support team. However, sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what the reported issues are and your support team can’t replicate it. Enabling this integration will send an event to Intercom containing a link to playback the session in Mouseflow. It will be like answering a question before they get time to ask it.
