Nordic Sales Development Representative

The Role

This is a hunter role. Your primary goal as a Nordic SDR is to generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Depending on your nationality (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian), one of the three markets will be your primary market with the remaining two being your secondary markets.

You will work closely together with our Nordic Account Executives with the intention of continuously improving your/our understanding of our target companies, buyer personas, and how to optimally convert cold outreach into genuine interest from companies who are viable Mouseflow customers.

Your daily work will evolve around booking qualified meetings via three core outbound channels: Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach. Additionally, you will be collaborating with adjacent teams – e.g. Marketing and Customer Success – to nurture leads through events, industry reports and other outbound content.

The role drives top-of-funnel growth, creates early customer connections, and fuels the pipeline for AEs, helping Mouseflow scale in the Nordics. If you prove you have the drive and the skill, this role can grow with you. High-performing SDRs will get the opportunity to run their own sales demos and close deals, giving you a real path into a full-cycle sales career.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and Hunt: Execute structured outbound campaigns via cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers across Scandinavia. Success in this role requires high phone activity, with a target of 60-70% daily airtime.
  • Qualify opportunities: Use a consultative approach to understand prospects’ needs and determine whether Mouseflow is a good fit, and hand off qualified meetings to the Account Executive team.
  • Build and refine your playbook: Develop and continuously improve your call scripts, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging tailored to different buyer personas and industries.
  • Own your pipeline in HubSpot: Systematically update, enrich, and manage leads in our CRM. Use tasks and automation to stay on top of every opportunity.
  • Grow into closing (optional path): Perform product demos and close smaller deals as you develop — for candidates who show the aptitude and ambition for it.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on target accounts and share market insights.

 

Who You Are

  • You speak Danish, Swedish, or Norwegianfluently (required for the Scandinavian market).
  • You are most likely a student or newly graduated. What you are studying or have studied is not of importance as we believe great outbound talent is all about personality.
  • You are social by nature, get energised by talking to new people, and effortlessly connect with different personality types.
  • You have a strong competitive drive. You don’t get discouraged by rejection but instead you use it to improve your approach.
  • You are a fast learner and structured and disciplined in your work. You can manage high activity levels while maintaining quality in your outreach.
  • Experience in a Software B2B setting with experience in cold-calling and prospecting is a plus but not required.
  • HubSpot proficiency is a plus, but not required, as you will be expected to manage your own sequences, track activities, and keep your pipeline data clean.

What does success look like (first 3-6 months)?

  • Consistently hitting activity targets across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Booking 6–8 qualified meetings per month
  • Developing a strong understanding of Mouseflow our ICP, personas, and value proposition
  • Contributing to improving messaging and outbound performance
