We’re excited now announce a new feature in Mouseflow: on demand credit refills! Mouseflow users now have the option to refill their credits earlier than their billing recycle date. To access the feature, click your email on the top right of the dashboard, and then select billing.
A button will appear allowing you to refill credits now:
Selecting the “Refill Now” button will immediately refill your credits, based on your subscription. If you run out of credits before your billing recycle date and desperately need to record data, you can now easily refill your account to tie you over. This will ensure zero gaps in your data recordings.
Please note: when selecting the button, your Mouseflow account will be charged the regular monthly subscription fee.
