What is included in the free trial?
It includes 500 sessions, 1 website project, and access to heatmaps, funnels, forms, and feedback.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You can upgrade directly from the dashboard to the Free Forever plan (500 sessions/month) with limited features, or upgrade to a paid plan that matches your website’s monthly traffic volume.
How do I install Mouseflow?
It’s so easy! You just add a small snippet of JavaScript before the closing body tag on your website. We also have several plugins and integrations.
How does it work?
Mouseflow tracks clicks, mouse movement, scrolls, forms, and page content as your visitors browse your site. Then, it sends this data to our platform. We take privacy and security seriously, with robust protections that meet or exceed CCPA and GDPR. To learn more, see our Features page.
What are sessions? What happens when I run out?
Your account receives a refill of sessions each month, depending on your plan. When you run out, all tracking will stop until your next refill date (unless you manually request a refill or upgrade in the dashboard).
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds, as we offer a free trial instead.
