A. PRIVACY POLICY FOR USE OF VISITOR INFORMATION
A.1. Visitor information collected by Mouseflow
The information collected by our Service may include:
i. Characteristics of your client system such as: IP address, browser type, system language, OS version, time zone and screen resolution metrics.
ii. The web pages that you visit in a specific website and the URLs of the web pages that referred you to that website.
iii. Any mouse movements, mouse clicks, scroll actions and keystrokes on the visited website.

v. Session information stored in cookies that are used to ensure accurate data is extracted from our systems. These cookies are 1st party cookies (cookie data cannot be shared across websites) and do not include any personal data.
A.2. What Mouseflow does NOT do
i. We do NOT collect any information about websites which do not use the Service.
ii. We do NOT collect any information about other programs that you are running on your computer.
iii. We do NOT assign a global unique identifier to you.
iv. We do NOT collect any passwords that you enter in a website.
v. We do NOT use 3rd party cookies that can be shared across websites
A.3. How Mouseflow handles the collected visitor information
Any information we collect will be used in accordance with applicable laws for the following purposes:
i. To provide website owners with raw or aggregate reports regarding visitor interactions on their website, that may include for example: aggregate reports of clicking or mouse movement activity, aggregate reports of scrolling activity and recreation of visitor browsing sessions.
ii. Mouseflow may use the information to perform anonymous aggregated web surfing analysis and statistical reports.
iii. For auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Mouseflow technologies and services.
iv. We may share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including, without limitation, when complying with legal requirements, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services. We may further share certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as average page load time, or the number of pages processed by our system per day. Such information does not identify you individually.
v. When you send email or other communication to Mouseflow, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. Please do not send us any communication which contains confidential information. Since we are not able to evaluate whether such communication contains confidential information or not, we may retain or use such confidential information as aforesaid and such retention or use shall not be deemed as a breach of any of our obligations herein.

Mouseflow maintains a strict “no-spam” policy. Your e-mail address will not be sold, rented or otherwise delivered to any third party unless it is so required with respect to the Service as described below.

B. PRIVACY POLICY FOR USE OF CLIENT INFORMATION
B.1. Mouseflow Web Analytics Service
This site uses Mouseflow web analytics service. The service may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as any text you type in this website, except text in password fields. Mouseflow does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in this website. Mouseflow does not track your browsing habits across other web sites or text inputted in password fields. For more information see the above main section of our Privacy Policy.We are using the information collected by Mouseflow service to improve our website, make it more user-friendly and monitor that it is performing correctly.
B.2. Client information collected by Mouseflow
The information collected by our website may include:
i. Any personal details you enter and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.
ii. Your IP address, referrer, web pages that you visit and any other data normally stored in website logs.
iii. Session information stored in cookies that are used to ensure accurate data is extracted from our systems. These cookies do not include any personal data. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you might not be able to sign in to your Mouseflow account.
iv. If you have an account with Mouseflow, your preferences and use of email updates.
v. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your credit card number, expiry date and security code. All transactions are handled through our payment provider, PayPal. When you sign up for an account you are automatically added to our mailing list to which we may send e-mails containing news, announcements, new feature information and other Mouseflow-related information. You can at any time unsubscribe to this mailing list by changing your account settings.
Because some communication with our clients are necessary to adequately provide our services, clients cannot opt-out of receiving administrative e-mails related to their accounts. Such e-mail may include confirmation of a registration or purchase, account status e-mails, or communication during the sales or support process.
