  • What is included in the free trial?

    It includes 500 sessions, 1 website, and access to heatmaps, funnels, forms, and feedback.

  • What happens when the free trial ends?

    You can upgrade directly from the dashboard.
    Otherwise, your account will be downgraded to our Free Forever plan (100 sessions/month) with limited features.

  • How do I install Mouseflow?

    You just add a small snippet of JavaScript before the closing body tag on your website.
    We also have several plugins and integrations.

  • How does it work?

    Mouseflow tracks clicks, mouse movement, scrolls, forms, and page content as visitors browse your site. Then, it sends this data to our platform. To learn more, see our Tour page.

  • What are credits? What happens when I run out?

    Your account receives a refill of credits each month (1 credit = 1 session), depending on your plan.
    When you run out, all tracking will stop until your next refill date (unless you manually request a refill in the dashboard).

  • What is your refund policy?

    We do not provide refunds, as we offer a free trial instead.
