9 behaviors you should tag on your website
No matter the industry, understanding how people interact with the elements on your website is the key to improving customer experience and generating more leads, sales, and beyond. 2. Sign up or sign-in
Depending on your business type you may have a sign in, sign up , free trial, create an account or a similar button. These are common touchpoints we see across travel booking websites, SaaS tools, eCommerces and finance and insurance sites.

4. Product or Service categories

Tooltips or other specific actions that trigger supplemental product details is an element many websites have, but there isn’t a simple way to see if users are actually interacting with them because they are often hovered over, but not clicked.
